VIDEO. Azerbaijan and Turkey Conduct Two Large-Scale Exercises, What Have We Done? – Sharamazanov
The security threat in the region comes from Turkey and Aliyev, as vividly demonstrated by the events of April, while Prime Minister Pashinyan claims there are treacherous forces in Armenia and Artsakh that could initiate a war. This is a carte blanche, a green light for Azerbaijan to commence military operations, placing the blame for starting them on Armenia. This was stated today, June 24, during a conversation with journalists by the spokesperson for the Republican Party of Armenia, Eduard Sharamazanov.
“I have said and will continue to say that Pashinyan’s statement is an anti-state declaration. If Nikol Pashinyan considers himself the only representative of Armenia, then I must say he is gravely mistaken. Aliyev can easily argue that didn’t Pashinyan say they want war in Artsakh, and then the people of Artsakh started the war? This is an anti-state statement. From May 1-3, and then from June 7-11, Azerbaijan and Turkey held two significant military exercises. What have we done? Our government has divided society into blacks and whites, counter-revolutionaries and revolutionaries. While Azerbaijan and Turkey are conducting military exercises, our government is celebrating Citizen’s Day, enjoying barbecue and kebabs on Prospect. Anyone who doesn’t want to eat is told to go eat khash instead. This is disgraceful,” said Eduard Sharamazanov.
