I Ask Without Irony: Arman Abovyan

Arman Abovyan, a member of the "Prosperous Armenia" faction in the National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page: "I am genuinely very curious if the authorities of the Republic of Armenia have a profound and strategic vision regarding all the events that shake our region. I ask without irony.

For example, Trump has already announced that he will definitely tighten sanctions against Iran, which of course will mainly affect the Iranian trade-economic segment. I hope we understand what serious dangers all of this poses for us as a country with very close friendly and trade relations with Iran.

Well, talking about the Russian-Georgian escalation is pointless; everything is obvious.

I understand that right now our internal issues are the most important, but if we do not have a strategy of calculated steps for various crisis situations, then we simply may not be able to resist on a deep level... and that will be the end of everything."
