Resident of Nalbandyan Village Stabs Fellow Villager

On June 18, at 21:30, the police department of Armavir received a report from the hospital that a resident of Nalbandyan village was admitted for treatment with a stab wound to the abdominal area. The police have reported this.

Thanks to operational and investigative activities, it was established that on the same day, around 20:00, in the cemetery of Nalbandyan village, during a dispute arising from domestic issues, a man had stabbed another resident of the same village, who is 41 years old.

At around 23:40, the police discovered and apprehended him in Nalbandyan village. The man provided a confession. During the investigation, police found injuries on his face area. He stated that these injuries were sustained as a result of being beaten during the altercation that took place in Nalbandyan village.

The police transferred the apprehended individual for medical assistance, after which he was arrested. A kitchen knife, the weapon used in the crime, was discovered at the scene. Forensic examinations have been assigned. An investigation is underway.
