Poisoning in Surenavan, 6 Citizens Hospitalized
On June 18, at 8:00 PM, the Ararat division of the police received a report from the hospital that six residents of the village of Surenavan were hospitalized with a diagnosis of "acute exogenous mycotoxicosis." The police reported that an operational group dispatched to the scene found that the individuals had consumed mushrooms collected from the field at approximately 5:00 PM on the same day.
Investigations are underway.
