According to the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, a special session of the Artsakh National Assembly will be held today, during which the project on the "Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh" will be discussed for the second reading. Starting from July 1, Artsakh will have an Investigative Committee, and the head of the structure will be appointed as police chief Igor Grigoryan, who was replaced by Levon Mnatsakanyan in that position.

Artsakh opposition MP Hayk Khanumyan considered the occasional personnel changes to be natural, stating: "I believe Levon Mnatsakanyan's transfer is linked to certain upcoming activations. Samvel Babayan has started a signature campaign to amend the Constitution, and it is possible that this process will also be accompanied by street actions. Mnatsakanyan was appointed for this purpose, so that they have a loyal and strong police chief," noted Khanumyan.
