Iveta Tonoyan: I Inform You That Gagik Tsarukyan Has Not Participated in Any Interrogation
Member of the National Assembly from the Prosperous Armenia faction Iveta Tonoyan has responded to reports regarding the interrogation of the party leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
"The newspaper '168 Hours' has published today that allegedly Gagik Tsarukyan was interrogated yesterday at the Investigative Committee regarding the criminal case concerning the burning of the house and vehicle of the campaign manager of the ruling party’s candidate prior to the mayoral elections in Abovyan. In this regard, I officially inform that Gagik Tsarukyan has not participated in any interrogation. I urge my media colleagues to adhere strictly to the principles of professional journalism, providing the public with only accurate and verified information, rather than following the principle of fabricating sensations," she wrote.
