Arman Babajanyan, a member of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction of the National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page: 'Today, in Yerevan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Wang Yi, signed an agreement on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports between the Government of Armenia and the Government of China, among other agreements. This important event deserves special recognition. I hope our authorities understand the importance and significance of deepening and developing Armenian-Chinese relations. At the same time, let us emphasize that the visit of a high-ranking guest to our country is of exceptional importance not only for Armenia but for the entire region as well.'
