Soaps Marked by the Ministry of Defense Hit the Market: Clarification from the Head of the RA Armed Forces Rear Services
The Ministry of Defense will conduct an investigation and a service inquiry regarding the case of soaps marked with the Ministry of Defense that were recently spotted being sold in the market of Gyumri, despite not being intended for sale.
Colonel Romik Margaryan, head of the Rear Services of the Armed Forces of Armenia, stated this during a conversation with journalists, as reported by Armenpress.
"I believe there are various ways that this soap could have appeared in the Gyumri market. For instance, it is possible that some citizens somehow came into possession of several soaps and decided to sell them due to a need for money. It is also not ruled out that previous manufacturers had unsold products and, after announcing a new tender for soap supply, that manufacturer decided to sell their product through this route," Margaryan noted, adding that he does not wish to accuse anyone.
According to him, the Ministry of Defense will clarify the circumstances.
