Vahe Grigoryan to Appeal Suspension of Proceedings Against Robert Kocharyan and Others
The proceedings against the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others will be appealed by the victims of March 1. This was announced by Vahe Grigoryan, the representative of the victims’ legal successors, on his Facebook page.
“This decision will be appealed on behalf of my clients immediately upon receipt, primarily based on the continuous violation of the victims' participatory rights,” Grigoryan stated.
It should be recalled that the proceedings against Robert Kocharyan and three other former officials were suspended and sent to the Constitutional Court.
