Hovik Abrahamyan's Driver Sues Environmental Inspection Authority

The company "Mkhchyan Fish" LLC has filed a lawsuit against the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body.

According to data from the State Register, "Mkhchyan Fish" belongs to Ambik Gevorgyan, the driver of former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. From the State Register database, we have also learned about another similar company, "Mkhchyan Fish Food," which is registered under the name of Hovik Abrahamyan's brother, Henrik Abrahamyan.

According to "Factinfo," the lawsuit filed by Ambik Gevorgyan's company demands the complete annulment of the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body’s Act No. 111 dated December 27, 2018.

The court, presided over by Alexandrap Harutyunyan, has accepted the claim and requested the materials of the administrative proceedings that served as the basis for the disputed decision from the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body.
