Prosecutors Declare War on Arthur Davtyan

Prosecutors have declared war on the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia, Arthur Davtyan. According to the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", it became known that Vahan Muradyan filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court of Armenia on May 3, demanding that the Prosecutor's Office be compelled to revoke the order of the Chief Prosecutor regarding his transfer from the position of head of the Department for Supervision of Particularly Important Cases to the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of Armenia.

Judging by the situation, Vahan Muradyan held the position of head of the Department for Supervision of Particularly Important Cases within the Chief Prosecutor's Office and he has been appointed as Deputy Military Prosecutor of Armenia, a decision with which he disagrees and has chosen to seek a return to his previous position through the court.
