The Judge Assigned to Examine Kocharyan and Others' Case Has Been Revealed

The Armenian Judicial Department has reported that, in accordance with the requirements of chapter 9 of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial Code and the decision No. BDC-30-O-71 of August 2, 2018, on the procedure for the operation of the computer program for the distribution and redistribution of cases among judges and the formation of collegial judicial bodies, the case of former President Robert Kocharyan and others has been randomly assigned to Judge David Grigoryan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

As previously reported, Judge Vardan Levoni Grigoryan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction had self-rejected himself from the case.
