Avalanche in the Saravan Mountain Pass
As of April 22 at 17:30, snow is falling on the roads of the regions of Sevan, Gavar, Goris, Sisian, Meghri, and Martuni, as well as in the Dilijan winding roads, according to the news service of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies.
An avalanche has occurred in the Saravan mountain pass. The Vardenyats mountain pass is impassable due to heavy snow.
All interstate and republican highways in the Republic are open.
