The Case of the Mayor of Masis Sent Back for Additional Investigation

The criminal case against the Mayor of Masis and others has been sent back by the Prosecutor's Office to the investigative body for additional investigation due to the need for further investigative and procedural actions. This was reported to NEWS.am by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

It is worth recalling that recently the Investigative Committee announced the completion of the preliminary investigation, after which the case was sent to the Prosecutor's Office for the approval of the indictment.
