Armenian Girl from Russia's Billiard Youth Team Defeats Men

In the Kemerovo region of Russia, a billiards tournament dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day and the 300th anniversary of the city was held, featuring two teams: the veterans' team and the youth team.

The competition saw the participation of a single female player. This was Darya Sahakyan, a member of the Kuzbass Youth Parliament, who achieved victory against the men one after another. In an interview with 27 Plus TV and Radio Company, she revealed that she has been playing since the age of six.

“I am often forced to play with men because there are not many women in billiards,” she stated.

According to the results of the tournament, the veterans emerged victorious.
