VIDEO: Why Did Pashinyan's Motorcade Violate Traffic Rules? Explanation
A video has surfaced online showing a government motorcade traveling with gross violations of traffic rules. The author of the video notes that the motorcade is serving Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
In regard to the incident, Aurora News spoke with the Prime Minister's spokesperson, Vladimir Karapetyan. He stated that Nikol Pashinyan was not in the vehicle at that time.
“He crossed the street on foot, and because that was unexpected, the motorcade approached the Prime Minister for security reasons. The law provides for this regulation. In the end, the Prime Minister always adheres to traffic rules and the procedures prescribed by the law,” the spokesperson said in our conversation.
