Ashotyan: It Would Have Been Better If Pashinyan Had Remained Silent
The Vice President of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Armen Ashotyan, commented on Prime Minister Pashinyan's live broadcast on his Facebook page, stating:
“I listened to Nikol Pashinyan's remarks about the meeting with Aliyev. It is clear that Pashinyan avoided the main issues and heightened the existing concerns surrounding the current phase of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution. I do not believe that the agenda of discussion is limited to this. It is evident that the Prime Minister is leading the Armenian positions in the negotiation process into a deadlock, consistently undermining our previous robust negotiation strategy, while failing to establish any more viable or favorable positions for Armenia. It would have been better if he had remained silent...”
Let us recall that a little earlier, the Prime Minister presented details of his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev via a Facebook live broadcast.
