The Situation is 'Confused': Peskov on Armenian-Russian Gas Negotiations
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have agreed to intensify negotiations regarding gas, with timelines set, as the situation is described as 'confused.' This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
‘There was a discussion on this issue yesterday. An agreement has been reached to intensify talks on gas because until yesterday, we had not observed active negotiations between our Gazprom and Armenian partners,’ Peskov stated.
Referring to the timelines, the press secretary noted, ‘We are in a state of confusion,’ according to RIA Novosti.
