Tashir Acquires the Dialysis Network Dialog
The Tashir Group, owned by Armenian billionaire Samvel Karapetyan, has acquired the dialysis network known as Dialog. This information was reported by the Russian news outlet kommersant.ru, which noted that the facilities provide treatment for acute and chronic kidney failure using artificial kidney machines.
It has been confirmed by the network's founder, Igor Varlamov, while both Tashir and the General Director of Dialog, Grant Vardanyan, have denied any knowledge of the purchase.
