Russian Military to Strike Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure: Putin
Russian armed forces have been instructed to deliver massive retaliatory strikes against Ukraine's energy infrastructure. This announcement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a press conference held in Bishkek.
According to him, Russian troops are approaching the eastern outskirts of Sloviansk, as well as the southern approaches of Kramatorsk and Druzhkivka. Putin also stated that Russian forces are approximately 12 kilometers away from reaching the bypass road around the city of Sumy.
The President noted that Russian forces are continuing to work on creating a 'security zone' in the border areas of Sumy and Kharkiv regions. 'If anyone wants to swallow or devour us, they might get bitten back,' Putin declared.
He emphasized that the Russian military has been ordered to carry out extensive retaliatory strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
