Nazik Amiryan's Leased Land Belonging to Manvel Grigoryan Returned to the State

The lease of a 0.3-hectare plot of land located on the shores of Lake Sevan, leased by Nazik Amiryan, the wife of Manvel Grigoryan, has been terminated. This information has been reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.

On May 12, the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office had appealed to the director of the «Sevan» National Park and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, requesting measures to terminate the lease agreement signed with Nazik Amiryan. The contract was executed on December 26, 2007.

On August 13, the lease rights of Nazik Amiryan were officially terminated by the Cadastre Committee. The cadastral value of the 0.3-hectare land plot is approximately 20 million 502 thousand drams, reflecting its market value. The land has been returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
