“You Put a Chain Around the Neck of a Wounded Freedom Fighter and Dragged Him” - Aleksanyan Shows Video
In the National Assembly, Vahagn Aleksanyan presented a video showing a man with a chain around his neck, while another man is taking him to drink water.
According to Aleksanyan, the video was filmed in the residence of Manvel Grigoryan. He noted that the man depicted in the video is freedom fighter Ashot Isakhanyan, who has been wounded five times.
“Ashot Isakhanyan is a freedom fighter; he has been wounded five times. You put a chain around that man's neck,” said Aleksanyan.
