Former MP Martun Grigoryan Taken to Anti-Corruption Committee Following Arrest
Former parliament member Martun Grigoryan has been taken to the Anti-Corruption Committee following an arrest order. This was reported by Liza Gasparyan, the head of the "Our City" faction of the Gyumri City Council.
"He has been arrested in connection with an electoral crime, and the Anti-Corruption Committee has initiated criminal proceedings. The arrest was made to apply detention as a preventive measure and to present it to the court, pertaining to the same case in which M.G. is involved as a defendant. M.G. had been a candidate for parliament on the Prosperous Armenia party's list," stated the Anti-Corruption Committee.
