White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt Steps Down: Trump
U.S. President Donald Trump has announced the departure of White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt from her position. Levitt, who also serves as an assistant to the President, will leave her role at the end of the month to spend more time with her young children and family.
President Trump stated that he fully understands and respects this decision. “Caroline will now be one of my closest outside advisors and an influential voice within the Republican Party as we work to overcome history and win the midterm elections decisively. She has been a true leader at the White House and has done a phenomenal job fighting for justice and freedom since 2018, including our historic re-election campaign for 2024. Caroline has been one of the best press secretaries in the history of the White House. Thank you, Caroline, for a job well done,” wrote Trump.
