Affected Wildberries Sellers to Receive Compensation: Details

The Deputy Ministers of Economy of Armenia, Narek Hovakimyan and Lilya Sirakanian, met with representatives of the Wildberries trading platform on July 30. According to the ministry, during the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of electronic commerce in Armenia, supporting entrepreneurs, simplifying procedures, and future directions for cooperation.

Representatives of Wildberries emphasized the importance of Armenia's role in the future of electronic commerce in the region.

During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on the issues concerning sellers whose products were affected by recent events related to Wildberries’ logistical infrastructure. Wildberries’ representatives stated that the company has already begun calculations, and mechanisms and approaches for compensation and support are in the final stages.
