We Aim to Change the Opposition: Arman Babajanyan
On May 16, representatives of the "For the Republic" party met with citizens in the Ajapnyak administrative district as part of their pre-election campaign. The party's president, Arman Babajanyan, who heads the party's electoral list, noted that their goal is to have a quality opposition in the newly formed parliament.
"We are fighting for the independence and freedom of our country. We aim to change the opposition because we believe that the people do not have power over the opposition," Babajanyan stated.
He added that although he is at the top of the party's list, he is not the candidate for prime minister. According to Arman Babajanyan, if their party provides solutions on issues related to national security, peace, international agreements, diplomacy, and the army, other micro-issues will gradually find their resolutions.
