Anti-Corruption Committee Investigating Gohar Ghoomashyan's Appeal Regarding Avinyan's Gift
The Anti-Corruption Committee is examining the appeal of Gohar Ghoomashyan, a member of the 'Strong Armenia' party, regarding the gift of a camera by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan to a citizen. This was announced to Auroranews by the committee.
Specifically, Ghoomashyan has urged Daniel Ioannisyan, a representative of the 'Independent Observer' NGO, and the Anti-Corruption Committee to pay attention to the fact that Tigran Avinyan gifted a camera to a citizen, highlighting the dual standards adopted by the authorities regarding 'pre-election bribery.'
'At this moment, we are reviewing the application,' the committee mentioned.
