Promises of Brussels, Will Lead to Ankara: Armen Ashotyann
“My party, my friends, and I have been champions and promoters of real European values for decades, and we will continue to be,” wrote Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyann, on his Facebook page.
“Today’s European summit has no relevance to those values in Nikol’s Armenia. This is an overtly geopolitical and electoral show that discredits the concept of 'Europe' in Armenia on one hand, and on the other, serves as an operation for the re-election of Armenia’s most anti-European authorities.”
“They promise Brussels, but will lead to Ankara. Stop the hypocrisy. Defend democracy,” Ashotyann wrote.
