Iran Demands Compensation from UAE
Iran is demanding compensation from the UAE for damages caused by US strikes within its territory. This was stated by the Islamic Republic's permanent representative to the UN, Saeed Iravani, in a letter addressed to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
"The illegal actions of the United Arab Emirates in the international arena have led to their international legal responsibility and require compensation, including redress for all material and immaterial damages inflicted on Iran," a section of the letter quoted by NourNews states.
