Veolia Water Faces Fines Following 3460 Complaints, Says PSRC Chairman
Veolia Water CJSC has been fined 10 million drams by the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) for violating previously published water supply schedules, as announced by PSRC Chairman Mesrop Mesropyan at a press conference.
“Telecom Armenia” LLC was also fined 10 million drams on October 8, 2025, for breaching the conditions of its public electronic communication network license. Additionally, the Electric Power System CJSC was fined 1 million drams following a PSRC decision in March 2025,” he noted.
Mesropyan added that in 2025, the commission received a total of 3460 complaints from consumers, of which 1906 were written and 1554 were verbal. These complaints have been processed in accordance with the established procedures.
