Citizens Should Work, Create Conditions Before Enforcement: Opposition MP to Torosyan
Regardless of the form of the contract, citizens must work; before urging or enforcing, conditions must be created.
During an extraordinary session of the National Assembly, Arman Ghazaryan, an MP from the “Armenia” faction, directed this question to Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan.
“You need to create conditions for a person to benefit from the proposed terms. On one hand, you are enforcing mandatory electronic signatures, while on the other hand, you are not providing opportunities for those people. You are not assessing the risks correctly,” said Arman Ghazaryan, MP from the “Armenia” faction.
