Mikael Srabazan Appeals to European Court
Mikael Srabazan has filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights through his lawyers, citing violations of his rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights.
The complaint includes evidence and arguments regarding Srabazan's unlawful detention (Article 5), violation of freedom of expression (Article 10), and the deprivation of liberty for political purposes and criminal prosecution (Article 18).
The hearing at the Court of Appeal (judges: E. Manasyan, N. Hovakimyan, and V. Margaryan, located at 23, G. Nzhdeh, Yerevan) will continue today, February 6, 2026, at 15:00. A decision from the appellate court regarding the review of the motion for changing the measure of restraint will be published. The court session is open to the public.
