What We Saw Is Strictly Condemnable: Surbuhi Galyan on Video Involving Police Officer
What we have seen is strictly condemnable: This was stated by Minister of Justice Surbuhi Galyan during a press conference summarizing the activities of 2025, addressing a video circulating online that involves a police officer.
"The law already provides a clear assessment of any manifestation of violence, and my evaluation cannot be anything other than what is stipulated by the law. Unfortunately, we encounter similar situations, and we need a firm response. We must initiate a criminal proceeding and ultimately punish the individual who has committed such an act," Galyan said.
