Blizzard Expected in Mountainous Regions, Fog in Yerevan
Today, no snow is expected in Armenia. This information has been provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.
From January 31 to February 1-3, snow is expected in several regions, with blizzard conditions and low visibility in mountainous areas.
On January 30, fog is anticipated in the low-lying areas of Shirak Plain, the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, and in the Ararat Plain. During this period, wind speeds are also expected to increase, reaching 16-20 m/s.
The air temperature during the day will continue to rise in Lori, Tavush, and Syunik by 5-7 degrees.
Today, fog is also expected in Yerevan. Throughout the day, the temperature in the capital will fluctuate between 0°C and -2°C, and at night it will range from -5°C to -7°C.
