Rubio Praises Azerbaijan's Fuel Supplies to Armenia
During a phone conversation, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov praised the positive changes in U.S.-Azerbaijan relations. This was stated in a release by the State Department.
The two sides also discussed other confidence-building measures aimed at further promoting peace and prosperity in the South Caucasus region.
Rubio commended Azerbaijan's fuel supplies to Armenia, describing them as an important gesture that demonstrates Azerbaijan's continued commitment to the historic peace agreement reached between the two countries during the White House summit on August 8, 2025, with the participation of U.S. President Donald Trump.
