Kiev Attacks Presidential Residence with Drones, Lavrov Says
Kiev has launched a drone attack on the presidential residence in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was announced today by Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
According to him, the attack occurred on the night of December 29. Kiev attempted to strike the residence with 91 drones, all of which were destroyed. There have been no reports of casualties or damage to infrastructure as a result of the drone attack.
Lavrov assured that Russia will not ignore the Ukrainian drone attack on the presidential residence. The targets and timelines for Russia's retaliatory strike have already been determined.
The Foreign Minister also noted that Russia's negotiating position will be reassessed in light of the attack on the residence.
