Ukrainian Armed Forces Announce Participation in NATO Exercises
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have announced their participation in exercises applying Article 5 of NATO's treaty. Representatives from the JATEC joined the LOYAL DOLOS 2025 exercises, during which NATO's Article 5 was invoked, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported.
"For the first time, representatives of Ukraine participated in the application of the alliance's collective security mechanisms," the statement on their Telegram channel reads.
In recent years, Russia has noted the unprecedented activity of the alliance along its western borders. The military bloc is expanding its initiatives, describing this as a deterrent to Moscow's "aggression."
