The Yerevan Municipality reports that with its support, an emotional support hotline is now operational throughout Armenia. The hotline can be reached at the toll-free number 0800 00 900, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

The service operates in accordance with international best practices and exemplary ethical standards. Specialists on the hotline will listen without judgment, provide psychological support, and, if necessary, guide callers to other services to ensure comprehensive assistance.
