Do Not Purchase Even a Bottle of Water from Anna Hakobyan's '88' Supermarkets

Our family does not and has not utilized the '88' supermarkets. I have personally never been in any of them, wrote Anna Hakobyan on her Facebook page.

“Dear compatriots, I declare that our family does not and has not utilized the '88' supermarkets. I have personally never been in any of them. I do not know what kind of stores they are, where they are located, or what quality of service they provide. To be honest, I do not intend to ever use the so-called '88' stores. For nearly 20 years, I have been making necessary purchases for our family from two different supermarket chains in Yerevan and will continue to do the same in the future.

We buy vegetables from small, beautiful points located on various streets of the city. What I mean is that I have no connection of any kind with the '88' supermarket chain, even as an ordinary consumer they are foreign to me.

Dear residents of various communities, please do not believe the gossip linking this store to my name. And if anyone insists that these stores belong to me, simply boycott them and do not purchase even a bottle of water from 'Anna Hakobyan's '88' supermarkets. Moreover, any business that is linked to my name should be boycotted. If there are circles that improperly associate my name with this or that brand for any purpose, they should clarify their issues among themselves. And we will boycott. In short, specifically,” she wrote.
