The Coalition of Volunteers Has Formulated Guarantees for Kyiv: Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that the "coalition of volunteers" has completed its work on "security guarantees" for Ukraine and intends to discuss these with the United States.

According to Macron, the plan is to present the main elements of the arrangement to the United States within the framework of ongoing consultations. He emphasized that the goal is to establish a common approach among allies regarding the strengthening of Ukraine's defense capabilities.

The French side has not disclosed the details of the proposal but reports that discussions will proceed according to a schedule agreed upon with partner countries. According to the President's statement, the efforts focus on developing mechanisms that can support Kyiv in the long term in the area of security.
