Prosecutor's Office on Individuals Assaulting Minor in Zorakan Village
The Prosecutor's Office will file an appellate complaint against the decision not to arrest those who assaulted a student. This was reported by Radar Armenia from the Prosecutor's Office.
“Today we received the judicial acts regarding the changes in the measures of restraint, and we will file an appellate complaint,” said the Prosecutor's Office.
It is recalled that several minor boys assaulted another boy in Zorakan village. As part of the criminal proceedings initiated regarding the incident, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against five individuals.
