Bridge Connecting to Interstate Road Closed for Traffic

The bridge connecting Acharian Street to the Tbilisi Highway on the M4 interstate road is closed for traffic. This is reported by the Yerevan Municipality.

Renovation work is being carried out on the deformation joints of the bridge. This architectural solution ensures the uninterrupted load-bearing capacity of the bridges.

The work is expected to take about a month. Renovating the deformation joints will primarily ensure safe traffic; in addition, it will extend the bridge's lifespan.
