An incident of guidance has been recorded at one of the polling stations in the Koy community. "He is a sick boy, he is my relative, please explain to him, should I show him where to vote," said a citizen. When a commission member approached and asked whether he would register as a helper, the man responded positively. However, one of the observers noted that he could not, as he had a familial connection. "What does it matter who his father is?" the citizen replied.
