No Coup of Constitutional Order Occurred: Ohanyan
The trial concerning Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan, former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, and former Secretary General of the CSTO Yuri Khachaturov continues today at the Shengavit sitting of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan.
Seyran Ohanyan was also present at today’s court session. In a conversation with journalists, he stated, “Robert Kocharyan, like the others, has equal rights in this judicial process.”
Ohanyan also pointed out that what is presented in testimonies and during the preliminary investigation is reality. He emphasized that no coup of constitutional order has occurred.
