Earthquake in Armenia
On November 15 at 18:02 local time (14:02 GMT), a 1.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded by the Seismological Network of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia. The epicenter was located 6 km northeast of Garni village at geographical coordinates of 40.16° North latitude and 44.77° East longitude, with a depth of 10 km.
This information was provided by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The intensity of the underground tremors in the epicentral zone was measured at 1-2 points. The earthquake was felt in the villages of Garni, Goght, and Geghard in the Kotayk Province with an intensity of 1-2 points.
