Kocharian on the Withdrawal of Russians from Artsakh and Armenia's Statement in Prague
In my impression, everything has been done by Armenia for the Russians to leave Artsakh. Putin also signed on November 9, taking responsibility for security, Robert Kocharian told Channel 5.
"Armenia unilaterally refused to implement that document, stated in Prague that it recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, including Artsakh. After that, what role does Russia play in its relations with Azerbaijan? With that statement, Armenia's mediating mission has been nullified. The loss of Artsakh is a direct consequence of the statement signed in Prague," the second president noted.
