Kocharian on Russia's Role as a Guarantor of Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace Agreement
Robert Kocharian believes that the best option would be for Russia, the USA, and China to serve as guarantors of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement. The second President of Armenia stated that in addition to the existing document, another one should be signed that includes a guarantee mechanism, as the current version does not contain such a system.
"We should have adhered to the 9th point of the November 9, 2020 statement. At that time, there was no logic for a corridor," said Robert Kocharian.
It should be noted that the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, has also discussed the differences between the November 9 statement and the Washington document.
