Serzh Sargsyan Really Doesn't Understand the Difference, Says Taguhi Ghazaryan

Member of the National Assembly from the ‘Civil Contract’ faction, Taguhi Ghazaryan, responded on her Facebook page to Serzh Sargsyan's remark equating building a school with robbery.

“Excuse me. I promise to scare you rarely. I just think that by saying this, Serzh is implying that there’s no difference between robbing and building a school. You might think I’m exaggerating. I believe he is not pretending; he really doesn’t understand the difference,” wrote the MP.
