Mass Flight Cancellations in the U.S.

United States may face numerous flight cancellations and delays in the near future due to the federal government shutdown and a shortage of air traffic regulators. This was announced by U.S. Secretary of Transportation Shawn Daftin, as reported by ABC News.

According to him, if the government shutdown continues for a few more weeks, the state of air transport will significantly deteriorate. The Secretary emphasized that all flights in the country's airspace may be delayed or canceled to ensure passenger safety.
