Erdogan: Israel Violates Ceasefire and Hinders Aid
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that Hamas appears ready to maintain the ceasefire; however, Israel already has a bad reputation. According to him, after the confirmation of the ceasefire, Israel has killed more than 200 civilians while continuing its occupation and attacks in the West Bank.
“At this moment, our priority should be to deliver more humanitarian aid to Gaza and begin reconstruction efforts, but the Israeli government is openly obstructing those efforts,” Erdogan noted.
The Turkish President added that Ankara will continue to urge the international community to pressure Israel to ensure long-term peace and prevent a humanitarian disaster in the Gaza Strip.
